Welcome to Tripceylon! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website and mobile app. By using Tripceylon, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. User Responsibilities
1.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules while using Tripceylon.
1.2 Content Standards
You are responsible for any content you upload, including reviews and images, and agree to abide by the following:
- Content must not include nudity, hateful, harmful, or inappropriate material.
- Reviews must not contain content related to religion, child exploitation, or illegal activities.
1.3 Booking Policies
You warrant that all bookings made through Tripceylon are genuine. Fraudulent bookings or abuse of promotional offers may lead to account suspension or termination.
1.4 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that could disrupt or harm Tripceylon’s services or reputation, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or hacking attempts.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership
All trademarks, logos, content, and unique features on Tripceylon are owned by Tripceylon and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
2.2 Third-Party Content
Third-party content or services accessed via Tripceylon remain the property of their respective owners. You agree to respect those rights.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Suspension
Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended within 24 hours. To reactivate, users must contact support and verify their information.
3.2 Account Termination
Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent account termination at TripCeylon’s discretion.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours without penalty. Beyond this period, a 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount applies.
4.2 Refund Conditions
Full refunds will be granted under these circumstances:
- Technical or system errors caused by Tripceylon.
- Failures resulting in poor user experience or inaccurate information.
- Property-related issues that require booking cancellation within 24 hours.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by third-party providers. By paying, you agree to their terms and conditions.
5. Liability Limitations
5.1 Service Disruptions
Tripceylon is not liable for interruptions, delays, or errors in service including issues caused by third parties.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, Tripceylon is not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in third-party content such as descriptions or availability.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Colombo.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 Update Policy
Tripceylon may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
