1. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their bookings within 24 hours of making the reservation without any charges. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the full booking amount will apply.
2. Refund Policy
Tripceylon is committed to providing fair refunds under certain conditions such as system errors, booking cancellations due to property issues, or other valid reasons. As we are currently finalizing our payment processing system, refund procedures and timelines may be updated soon.
